Hi SUWS Members,

Every year, SUSU holds an annual census for societies, which helps them
determine the amount of funding each society gets. As your secretary,
I'm responsible for this [working with our glorious treasurer].

However according to SUSU, I am not a member of committee [PRESIDENT:
please ratify with SUSU], which means I cannot complete the census form.
In order to get it done in time, can someone take the initiative -
membership numbers are proportional to the amount of money we get, so
it'd be nice for the society to have some cash to use wisely.

Secondly, there's a 'feedback' form that I need to also fill in
[potential of £100 for us to spend]. If any of you have any comments to
the questions below, tell me and I'll add them [preferably by the end of
this week].

*What do you feel SUSU currently does to support your group? *
What could SUSU do in the future to be better for your group? *
If there was one thing that would improve your society, what would it be? *
What is the best improvement of your society over the last year?
What are the main challenges you feel as a society? *
What do you think of the budget allocation process & what would you do
to improve it? *
Any other Comments.
*
My email is cp7g09 at soton.ac.uk - contact me there to avoid spamming the
SUWS-List.*

Thanks,
- Chris P
Secretary (apparently)
