Hi All,

I was asked how the results of the Advanced Exam are announced.

You will be sent a letter to the address on your CATCE in a couple of weeks from the exam, informing you of the result and giving you instructions on how to log into Ofcom and claim your callsign.

However, if you can't wait that long, you can try to log into Ofcom with your RSGB candidate number (if you know it from your previous exams) and claim your license, keep trying, if it works then you've passed!

If you don't know your candidate number, or it isn't working, you can just give the RSGB a call and ask them.
