[Sociam-soton] No further SOCIAM Southampton Team Meetings

Wendy and I have decided to not continue with the bi-weekly Southampton Team meetings, but to please ask everyone to attend the bi-weekly all-hands calls.  Our next all-hands call is scheduled for Tuesday 31 October and I will send the usual reminder and agenda.
