The meeting will take place in the Boardroom 4073.

Hi Everyone

Apologies for the inconvenience, but we have decided to cancel today's meeting at 3.30pm due to a number of people being away or off sick.

However, Wendy would like to have a meeting next Monday 16 November from 2.30pm-3.30pm.  The purpose of this meeting will be to coordinate and discuss Southampton's research proposals (as discussed at the all-hands Skype call) ready for completion by the next Skype call, which will be on Friday 20 November (separate email to follow about this).

Please let me know as soon as possible whether or not you are able to attend next Monday.
