Please let me know if you can’t access or edit. 
Most is a copy of last year. Need to think about what new focus we wish to have this year, and what effects this will have on the future. Also need to build section on past held workshops at WWW, the results of them, and why this is (still) relevant to the WWW crowd. Also need to decide who will be chair, organizers, and PC. 

I believe this should cover all the material asked for in the call for workshops (http://www2016.ca/call-for-workshops.html <http://www2016.ca/call-for-workshops.html>). 
Please make any edits and send comments.
