[Sociam-soton] Alternative to Skype/Hangout

Hi all,

I've been playing with Appear.in for a little while and I think we should give it a try next all-hands to see if it is a better approach to video/conference call

The link above is for the sociam channel - it is always active, and anyone can join (if we leave the room as 'public').

It's very simple, no sign-in,  no install, just click the link and you're ready to go.

If it all goes wrong you can blame me, but it seems to work quite well so far:)
