[Sociam-soton] Monday's Meeting cancelled

As we had a SOCIAM meeting on Wednesday, we are cancelling the meeting scheduled for Monday 2 February.  I will be working on the agenda for the all-hands and will then ask for comments/input from everyone, so we can try to get that finalised early next week.
