[Sociam-soton] February All-Hands Accommodation

Hi All

Nichola is in the process of reserving accommodation at Chilworth Manor for the SOCIAM all-hands (9-11 February).  As you know, the budget is tight and I want to offer accommodation for Monday and Tuesday nights only to those people who really need it (ie if you live in/close to Southampton, then we would expect you to travel to/from Chilworth Manor each day).  Obviously, the Oxford and Edinburgh teams would stay at the hotel.

Please could you let Nichola know by Monday morning if you do need accommodation.
