[Sociam-soton] IMPORTANT: SOCIAM Publications on EPrints

Hi All

This is important and needs to completed by this Thursday, 27 March, at the latest please.

I know that some of you have already done this, but please can you ensure that any SOCIAM publications you have on EPrints are linked to the project.  I believe there is an option to do this when you input new publications and there should also be an option to add in the SOCIAM project to publications that have already been entered (if they are related to the project).

The reason for the deadline is that the Research Outcomes System (ROS), which reports the research outcomes from grants, is being re-launched on 1 April 2014 and we need to make sure that our publications are affiliated to SOCIAM.  They will be bulk uploaded to the new system at the end of this week.
