Hi All

Just very quickly - I will be able to send a fuller email tomorrow.

* We will not have posters. However, I happen to know that Ian Brown has prepared one, so that will be shown. If anyone else really wants to produce a poster, please let me know.

* Nigel and I will discuss how the discussions/demos will be facilitated during the wine reception

* There are 2 people attending from the EPSRC. I will send bios round so people know who they are.

* This is not a formal review, but a chance for the EPSRC to see what we've achieved so far. I will talk to Nigel to see if he would like them to give us feedback at the end of the drinks reception, or written feedback afterwards.

Thanks for raising these points - very helpful.

Susan

Subject: Action points from today's meeting

Hi Susan,

Just following up from the meeting, Luc raised a number of points that need to be confirmed regarding the Tuesday presentation session in Oxford next week. These can be found in the notes taken (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PxyVKXNqpf17fgW-Ing9HzDrp4a0nVRXKE04qG7QsyU/edit#heading=h.36papetc2edu), but the main points were:

* What is the final decision on posters, are we needing them, and if so, who will need to produce one?

* Concerns over the "meet the troops session", if there are no posters, then this is more of a wine reception. This is fine, however, how will the discussions be facilitated?

* How many people will be attending from the EPSRC? This may affect how the "meet the troops" session is coordinated

* When will the EPSRC be able to provide us feedback? A suggestion was perhaps the "Meet the troops"/Wine reception could be used for feedback?

I think that covers the main concerns raised, please comment if I have missed anything.

We have also drafted out the schedule for the Wednesday which can be found in the draft agenda (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zWkJGUAChaY1-tGGrdd22ICGH0INQXfb-1g8-G9y5xk/edit), comments would be great.

Thanks,
Ramine
