[Sociam-soton] Action points from today's meeting

Hi Susan,

 

Just following up from the meeting, Luc raised a number of points that need
to be confirmed regarding the Tuesday presentation session in Oxford next
week. These can be found in the notes taken

*         What is the final decision on posters, are we needing them, and if
so, who will need to produce one? 

*         Concerns over the "meet the troops session", if there are no
posters, then this is more of a wine reception. This is fine, however, how
will the discussions be facilitated?

*         How many people will be attending from the EPSRC? This may affect
how the "meet the troops" session is coordinated

*         When will the EPSRC be able to provide us feedback? A suggestion
was perhaps the "Meet the troops"/Wine reception could be used for feedback?

 

I think that covers the main concerns raised, please comment if I have
missed anything.

 

We have also drafted out the schedule for the Wednesday which can be found
in the draft agenda
