Sorry if I confused people about the posters. We decided this wasn't a requirement, but I know of at least one person who has prepared one and the student interns may prepare one too. So there's no need for you to prepare one.

Let's see who comes back about being there on Monday.

>From the below though, I’m concerned about last minute flip-flopping on whether we will produce posters - this has been discussed at length in the meetings, and it’s now not clear if we should produce a INDX/PDS one, and if there are going to poster boards etc. ordered and organised for a session. It would be good to have this confirmed so we have time to make a poster if we have to.

Just to remind you of the meeting on Monday, 3 February, at the usual time of 1530-1700 in the Boardroom 4073.  As I mentioned before, Nigel, Wendy and I will not be able to attend this meeting.  I think the time would be best used to prepare for the Oxford All-Hands (not long now!) and it would be really good if you could try to almost finalize the agenda and list who is expected to do what in preparation, please.  I would like to be able to send this out to the rest of the team on Tuesday, so that everyone is prepared.  Thanks.

I have had confirmation from the EPSRC that they can stay for the Drinks/Demo session from 1730-1830 on Tuesday, so we can keep that where it is in the agenda.  I think some people may prepare posters, so I’ll just need to be aware of those.
