[Sociam-soton] Re: Meeting on Monday 3 February

Hi Everyone,

I’m a bit confused, so please bear with me.

Do we know who on this list going to run this meeting or be at it that can make significant changes to the agenda?

i.e., can Elena, Kieron or Thanassis please confirm their attendance - I’m worried that Elena/Thanassis may teach on Mondays now, and that Kieron may not be present, and that the rest of us won’t make changes without someone senior chairing.

This should be fine however - my understanding is that the agenda for Oxford is done, and that names are next to all of these already in the Google Doc.

So as requested below we can come together and create a separate document that lists individual responsibilities for the Oxford meeting - this would then actually be the only agenda item in the meeting.

From the below though, I’m concerned about last minute flip-flopping on whether we will produce posters - this has been discussed at length in the meetings, and it’s now not clear if we should produce a INDX/PDS one, and if there are going to poster boards etc. ordered and organised for a session. It would be good to have this confirmed so we have time to make a poster if we have to.
