[Sociam-soton] Meeting on Monday 3 February

Hi All

Just to remind you of the meeting on Monday, 3 February, at the usual time of 1530-1700 in the Boardroom 4073.  As I mentioned before, Nigel, Wendy and I will not be able to attend this meeting.  I think the time would be best used to prepare for the Oxford All-Hands (not long now!) and it would be really good if you could try to almost finalize the agenda and list who is expected to do what in preparation, please.  I would like to be able to send this out to the rest of the team on Tuesday, so that everyone is prepared.  Thanks.

I have had confirmation from the EPSRC that they can stay for the Drinks/Demo session from 1730-1830 on Tuesday, so we can keep that where it is in the agenda.  I think some people may prepare posters, so I'll just need to be aware of those.
