[Sociam-soton] 9 submissions to SOCM2013

Hello sociam soton,

We have officially 9 submissions to SOCM2013 as of 4pm this afternoon.
 I've been asked to re-open to allow 1 additional person to submit.

I need your advice on the next step - what do we want to do for
reviewing? We have quite a few people who have volunteered to review
papers, should I go ahead and randomly assign reviewers? We need to
get reviews by next week I believe --  how many reviewers should I
assign?

When I ran workshops before I typically assigned each paper to 2
reviewers and we actually rejected the bottom 2-5 papers - but I don't
realistically see us rejecting papers since most of these look
relevant and since we are pretty short on papers ---
