Hi All

Many thanks to Megan, Egor, Max and Dan for testing out the Skype facility ahead of our first Skype All-hands Research Meeting next Tuesday at 2pm - 3.30pm.  All are welcome to join.

For the first meeting we will ask each site for a report on work to date and also discuss common themes in the work packages.

I will be on holiday next week, so won't be able to attend this first call.  I hope it goes well.

Subject: Bi-weekly All-hands Skype Research Meetings

Dear All

We plan to run bi-weekly all-hands research Skype meetings, starting on Tuesday 29 January at 2pm.  Please allow 90 minutes for these meetings.   We may sometimes have to reschedule these, but please block out that time every other Tuesday and I will let you know if/when we have to reschedule.

In order to ensure that these will run smoothly, I'd like to ask for a volunteer from Oxford, Edinburgh and Southampton to have a test-run this week please.  Once I have the volunteers' names, I will email those people separately to set up a mutually convenient time.
