[Provenance-Tech] Prov Validator and Prov Translator services aren't working

Dear Dr. Moreau,

I tried to use the Prov Validator API in one of our projects, today.
While sending an invalid provenance document to the API, the server responded with status code 500 including the message "Out of Memory".
Since then the application isn't reachable.

I would kindly like to apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
