[provenance-challenge] Subscribing to this list

Hi,

On the web page for this list, it says

> Subscribe to Provenance-challenge-ipaw-info by sending an email with the word 'subscribe' in the subject or body to provenance-challenge-ipaw-info-request at ipaw.info.

However, on following these instructions two people (Nick Car and Adam Bates) have reported to me that this doesn't work, and instead they get a response of the form:

> Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
> The following organization rejected your message: mx.ecs.soton.ac.uk.

I am not a list maintainer; I was asked about this because I had suggested to Adam and Nick that this would be a good list to join for announcements about TaPP, IPAW and similar events, instead of creating a new list.

Can someone either fix the problem or let us know the correct subscription instructions?



UPDATE: After seeing my message to provenance-challenge-ipaw-info at ipaw.info <mailto:provenance-challenge-ipaw-info at ipaw.info> bounce, I suspect that the way to fix this is to remove the suffice -ipaw-info from the list name, since a "help" message to provenance-challenge-request at ipaw.info <mailto:provenance-challenge-request at ipaw.info> seemed to work.  So, I suspect that all that is needed is to change the subscription instructions as follows:

> Subscribe to Provenance-challenge-ipaw-info by sending an email with the word 'subscribe' in the subject or body to provenance-challenge-request at ipaw.info.

but I haven't tried it.
