[provenance-challenge] version of fsl dating 31-May-2006 (first Provenance Challenge)

Has someone got the actual executable slicer (or the source code of the 
fsl package) that we used
for the first provenance challenge, back in 2006? I have the current 
version, but am looking
for the one that existed then.
