[provenance-challenge] PC4: Expressions of Interest

Hi All,

It would be good to know who is interested in participating in PC4 so we 
can get a better idea of the scale/capabilities of the teams within the 
challenge. For now, you can just add your team name here:

Later, when we have a more precise scenario, we may ask teams to sign up 
for different parts.

Also, we will leave the Eols open till after the PC4 workshop because 
some of you may want to see a final scenario before determining if 
you're taking part.
