[provenance-challenge] owl ontology and xml schema for OPM v1.1

With help from Paul, Simon, and Paolo (and inspiration from Joe's 
ontology) I have defined an owl ontology for opm.
It aims to be compatible with the terminology and concepts of the opm 
v1.1 specification.

It is available from:
http://openprovenance.org/model/opm.owl

It is alslo intended to be compatible with the xml schema:
http://openprovenance.org/model/opm.1_1.xsd
