Simon,

I am glad you enjoy it ;-)

My goal at this stage is to produce opmv1.1 asap, without profile, so that
we continue/complete PC3 for the special issue.

Profiles will be developed and voted on separately (at least that's the 
intention behind profiles). 
Probably, they should be developed on their own page since they will 
have their
own development cycles.  If you wish to make the development process 
open for a given profile,
feel free to use the twiki. If you want to do this privately, this is 
also fine.

With a bit of chance, we may have time to write simple profiles in 
parallel with opmv1.1.
dublin core seems fairly substantial, ... this may be difficult.
