I've uplaoded some more OPM xml to the wiki, at 
http://www.ci.uchicago.edu/~benc/opm-20090519.xml

This contains run info for all 5 input datasets in one graph.

I think it will not validate against the OPM v1.01.a.xsd schema because of 
changes made to the time representation - noLaterThan and noEarlierThan 
are xs:dateTime rather than xs:time in my local schema, which I believe is 
the intended type.

Other than that it should validate fine.

The swift implementation of the workflow has a lot of hierarchy - the 
relationships between different levels of processes is not well expressed 
in this OPM, and is something that probably can be discussed further at 
the workshop.
