[provenance-challenge] Dublin Core profile

All,

As mentioned in today's presentation (for those at the workshop), here
is a rough, early draft of the suggested profile for mapping Dublin
Core provenance-related data to OPM.

All comments are very welcome.

I also attach some slides, which is how I would present the profile
and its issues, and could be used tomorrow if there is time.
