Hi Everyone,

We are putting together some documents for the attendees of the PC3  
workshop, these include the OPM Specification and some of the other  
proposals that have been sent to the list during the challenge period.  
If you have a document that you think will be discussed during the  
workshop could you please send it to me so that we can have a hard  
copy for everyone.
