[provenance-challenge] Re: Draft proposals for discussion

May I remind everybody that the dealiine to submit change proposals was 
the end of July.
I suggest that the deadline is extended till 15 August, to take as many 
proposals as possible into account.

At the same time, I invite everybody to comment on the proposed changes.
