[provenance-challenge] PC3 workshop location and dates

Hi Everyone,

 From our discussion before the holidays, it seemed clear that early  
June in Amsterdam would be a suitable time and location for holding  
the third provenance challenge workshop. I'm pleased to announce that  
Zhiming Zhao, Adam Belloum and Peter Sloot have agreed to host us at  
the University of Amsterdam.  We are looking at a full two day  
workshop held on June 10 and 11. I hope these dates are suitable for  
everyone.

In a week or so, I will follow up with  a more detailed announcement  
about the challenge including a time table, goals, etc. Yogesh has  
informed me that he's working on the workflow implementation and will  
have a version for review by the middle of next week. Hopefully,  
everyone has been thinking of some good provenance questions to ask  
for the challenge.
