[provenance-challenge] Some OPM output

Dear provenance challenge participants,

I've uploaded OPM output from KCL's implementation of the third
provenance challenge (for the Load workflow).  At the moment, I have
provided only as much detail for other participants to (hopefully)
understand the contents of the OPM file and how the core queries are
run on it.  More information will be added later, but let me know if
you need other particular details to import and query the data, or if
you spot errors in the exported data.
