Hi Paolo,

The key phase is April 13 - May 4, the export and import of OPM. This  
phase is where you'll start publishing information as OPM information  
and other teams depend on you. Given that we're on a tight time  
schedule already, we're not going to push any of the deadlines back.  
But there's some latitude in how you use the time up to Apr 13.

Does this clarify things?
