Thanks for your responses. Further comments added. The first one is

we may have a different understanding of the model, which we may want
to reconcile.
Obviously, some due diligence is also required.
Hello again.
I need to go off-line now (catch a train..)
As promised, here is the link to the wiki page I have been working on:
Can you please have an initial look?
You will see that the bottom of the page is very very sketchy.
I have underlined a couple of specific questions on which I'd
like to get everyone's input. I'd also like to have your general
feedback about the concept.
Thanks!

Thanks Tom! (and CC patina@soton)
I have been discussing this with Luc and Mike J and I am currently
writing up the outcome of our discussion, with the intention to then
send it to the entire Southampton team for discussion (including some
fairly specific questions).
I am not sure why, but the write-up is taking much longer than I
expected and hoped. I am working directly on the wiki, to make sharing
and formatting easier, I'll send out what I have in about 1 hour and we
can go from there?

Hi Enrico,
Seeing as we haven't had a meeting recently I thought I'd just send a quick email to see if I could help in any way to prepare the intervention for the 'bodystorming' session on the 7th.
Cheers,
Tom.
