That should be ok - if you set up a workspace, and then add the users
as 'commenters', they should be able to create comments in the system.
That commenter role is a slightly newer feature, so will be good to
keep a careful eye on it (the original intention was to allow 1 user
the role of 'commenter' on another user's workspace, if I recall).
Re backups: I have regular database backups happening (at roughly 4am
every day), and the server software is backed up roughly every 4 hours
(this includes any uploaded files). If a universe were to get
corrupted, I could roll them back to a prior version. If something
Horrible were to happen, the content of all notes/entries is kept in
the backup, and we should be able to 'replay' it - or at the worst
case recover the data. The backups are stored on a server that is
itself backed up regularly.
