Hi Mike,

The first people are going to start using PoN this week. In order for them to give feedback would you mind if we used PoN rather than sending lots of emails? I will set up a workspace that all my group can write to, including you, and that way you can see it developing? OK?

Can I also confirm (again!) that the server that this is running on is backed up each night and that their work is therefore safe?
