[Patina] Web Science paper?

Hi all,

We're considering whether we have enough material to put something together
for Web Sci 2013. PoN as a system is taking shape nicely, but we don't have
much evaluation yet (plans to be discussed next week!) - is there an
alternate angle that we could use?

I note that it has the following 3 topics that could be relevant:

Collective intelligence, collaborative production, and social computing
Knowledge, education, and scholarship on and through the Web
People-driven Web technologies, including crowd-sourcing, open data, and
new interfaces
