I would suggest that you cannot go on site whilst there is heavy machinery and in any case you can only go on site with all PPE in place e.g. high viz jacket etc. It may therefore be appropriate for Tom to establish during his visit whether in fact Mike goes up at all? Tom - you will need to prepare a risk assessment. As I say, you should not go on site unless you have all necessary safety equipment and permissions. You would be able to observe without going on site I am sure, and interview off-site? Cheers. G

The site is located at the northeast corner of Chester, just outside the city walls. At present the site is a council run car park, but is about to be turned into a new car home. The site will be closed to the public via wood panels by next week. We will have one or two 8 tonne excavators and 6 tonne dumpers operating on the site. Will your guys be ok working around plant?

I will have a copy of the DBA, Geophys and Evaluation report with me on site if people are interested.
