Hi Anne,
I remember - you stayed in the De Vere Grand Harbour. Book there and mention the uni - I think there is a special rate. The meetings on the 26th will take place at Avenue Campus on Highfield Road. This is a fairly short cab ride away. The De Vere is walkable form the station but easier to get a cab.
Once we hear from Luc et al we can finalise a timetable.
