10.8.2 is out. Update by going to the Apple menu and then "Software
Update...".<br><br>

To replace "Duplicate" with "Save As..." you need to do this:<br>
Go to System Preferences / Keyboard / Keyboard Shortcuts.<br>
Select "Application Shortcuts" and click "+".<br>
Application = All Applications<br>
Menu Title = Save As... (You must get the case correct, and "..." is
created by pressing "Alt-;")<br>
Keyboard Shortcut = Shift-Cmd-S<br>
Click "Add" and close System Preferences.<br>
You will now get "Save As..." instead of "Duplicate" in the File
menu of Apple apps such as Textedit. And I hope that this will now
actually work correctly as you would expect, which it didn't prior
