<div>Files are in encrypted disk images, and passwords are in 1Password (both 256-bit AES). I've never regarded my email as sensitive enough to encrypt, but if I were going to, I would pick one of:<div><br></div><div>1) FileVault. Cumbersome to set up, and possibly overkill.</div><div>2) Encrypted disk image of about 4-8GB containing a copy of Portable Thunderbird.
