For syncing documents, I use Dropbox (<meta charset="utf-8"><a href="http://www.dropbox.com/">http://www.dropbox.com/</a>), which gives you a sync'd folder on all of your Macs, Windows and Linux boxes, and your iPhone. It's free for 2GB (or if I invite you, we both get an extra 250MB for free), or you can buy a 50GB one.<div>
