The ship referred to in (b) has already sailed, got beaten up in a 
storm, sunk, been turned to oil, pumped back out the ground again and 
used to manufacture the iPhone 7. :-)

The Univ does not have its head in the sand over shadow IT at the top of 
the univ, just some bits in the middle. :)
