[OSX-Users] apple mail replacements?

Postbox appears to be an enhanced rebuild of Thunderbird, not sure what
actual advantages it gives over Thunderbird. Airmail is nice but I gave up
using it on Mac and iOS because it was full of bugs and kept sending emails
from the wrong address. It never sent one from an address that was attached
to a different account, but it would switch randomly between the ones
associated with my GMail.

For non-university mail I have actually found the GMail app for iOS and
webmail client for Mac to be the most stable and predictable apps behind
Apple Mail. The only reason I don't use Apple Mail for my GMail is that it
has problems coping with sending via different SMTP servers. Still use it
for my university email though, since that requires only one address and
SMTP server.
