[OSX-Users] Getting spam events in your Calendar? [Solution]

There have been a huge number of reports in the last few days about spam
events (sunglasses for $20, that sort of rubbish) appearing in people's
calendars.

1. Do *not* decline or delete the invites/events. This will trigger a
notification to the spammer and you'll just get far more in return.
2. Log onto icloud.com. Open your calendar. Click the settings button
(Gear icon in bottom left corner). Choose the Advanced tab. Tick the box
"send notifications by email".

Hopefully that should fix it so you don't get any more.

Cheers,

Jules
