[OSX-Users] USB-c to mini DP connector

Dear Shaun and all,

          Can somebody help me identify a way to connect a one-USB-C-only MacBook to an Apple Display (not the thunderbolt kind, the mini display port one) in such a way that the MacBook stays powered. (I bought one such USB-c adaptor, works fine with display, but doesn't power the mac, which therefore runs out of battery before lunch time.) I suppose that a newer display would be able to power the MacBook straight through the thunderbolt,
