Do a search on the ECS intranet for "software distribution". The 
resulting page will give you the activation key, and a link to the ECS 
download website where you get the ISO image.

Reinstall from scratch if you can. But you can try to upgrade. If you 
have Windows 8 Enterprise then you can upgrade to Windows 10 Enterprise. 
If you have Windows 8 Home or Pro then you can only upgrade to Windows 
10 Home or Pro.

The media is all on the same website. The Windows 10 Enterprise 
activation key is also there. If you need a Windows 10 Home or Pro 
activation key, you'll need to get that from DreamSpark Premium.
