[OSX-Users] macbook usb-c and apple cinema display

Very few USB-C adapters also have a USB-C socket on them too. So if 
you're wanting to use one for an extended length of time, that is a 
major factor in what you use.

For example, a USB-C to ethernet adapter is useless if you need to 
connect it overnight, for example, as your battery will go flat.
What you need is the Apple USB/HDMI/USB-C adapter, into which you can 
connect the power lead, as well as a USB gigabit ethernet adapter (the 
Moshi one is perfect and needs no drivers). The Apple USB ethernet 
adapter is only 100 Mbit.
