[OSX-Users] Mail and probably Southampton Exchange

So I seem to have an intermittent problem (several months now - I though it might go away with the latest update)
OSX Mail occasionally hangs connecting to a mail server.
And I think it is the Soton Exchange, but I’m not sure.
I have to quit and come back in a few times, and eventually it hangs on quit and I force quit, and after that it is back to normal.
It seems to happen in the morning, which is coincidentally when I have been checking mail on other devices, such as the iPad.
(And the unread flags on the iPad don’t sync properly, which may be another symptom)

So I am trying what that message says, but am wondering if anyone else is getting the same thing?
