There is a very very tiny chance that Apple might change this "Gold 
Master" version before it goes out for the retail release. I haven't 
seen any problems myself, and it has to be a real show-stopper for them 
to change it after it's gone "Gold Master". So I would say they aren't 
going to change it.

So you should be okay.

Provided they don't change it, this *is* the retail version. Down to the 
byte.

When installing, if it sits for a long time saying "less than a minute 
remaining" then don't worry. Don't stop it or anything silly like that, 
just let it sit there. My iMac at work sat saying that for over an hour. 
I could ssh in and see it was working hard doing something, but not sure 
quite what. It got there in the end.

Other than that, no problems.
