Since no-one else has a better suggestion….
I sometime use CamCard on my Android, which works fine.
It will take input from a photo, as well as the camera.
And put in the address book, with a little picture of the card as well, which then floats out via exchange to the mac address book.
I see there is an osx version too.
But I suspect you are after a batch thingy, and would prefer it on the mac (you could put the scans in an iPhoto album so they got transferred to the iPhone.)
If you find something of rate mac please report back - I too have stacks of cards :-)
