[OSX-Users] iCal and Exchange calendars

Does anyone have any experience with using iCal to connect to an Exchange 2007 calendar? I'm trying to set up my University calendar in iCal and it *appears* to have successfully subscribed to it, but if I view the calendar in Outlook Web Access, none of my appointments show up. This of course is not tremendously useful behaviour for something referred to as a "shared" calendar :-)

Failing that, does anyone have any good alternative suggestions to how they handle shared calendars with the rest of the University? All advice gratefully received.
