Dong,

Speaking as someone who did this just last week:

- iLife licenses are separate and not distributed with Lion. Therefore, upgrading to Lion will *not* upgrade you automatically to iLife'11. Also I do not believe that the university has a site license for iLife, so if you want it, you will either have to buy it yourself, or persuade your budget holder to pay for it (unlikely?).

- I'm assuming the university does have a cite license for Microsoft Office for Mac and Lion, since both are available for download from the University.

- You can use the Lion ISO image from ECS to upgrade from Snow Leopard without doing a clean install, so you do not need to pay for this through the App Store.

- So far, I haven't had any problems running iLife on Lion, but I've only been using it now for a week.
