[OSX-Users] Deleting iOS profiles

Our Apple Developer account is just about to expire, so I need to renew it.

Currently we have an awful lot of "dead" devices configured in the 
account. So I am going to delete most of them. If I delete yours by 
mistake the only effect will be to invalidate "active" provisioning 
profiles, so you'll have to create a new one, which is easy enough.

So if you are *actively* and *currently* using your profile, then please 
let me know the name of the profile. Otherwise I will delete them at the 
end of this week.

If I don't delete them, next year we will have far less available and 
may eventually run out altogether. So this maintenance is necessary.
